Cancellation & refunds
Full refund if you cancel 30 or more days before check-in. 50% refund 14–29 days before. No refund inside 14 days, except that if the Lukeville border crossing closes or the U.S. State Department raises the advisory for Sonora after you book, you may move your dates or receive a credit for a future stay. Holiday and event dates may carry a stricter policy, shown before you pay.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to take and manage your reservation — name, contact details, guest names for resort registration, and payment details processed by Stripe. We never sell your information. Email hello@staysaltandpine.com to see or delete what we hold.
